Generations of boat builders and craftsmen in the aluminum boat-building capital of the world have taken their skills to new levels. Here they make America's best selling fishing boats—and the current line-up is the highest-quality group of boats they've ever built.
Each year, thousands of TRACKER® owners give us feedback through our Voice of the Customer system, continually inspiring us to build better boats.
This assures you that your new TRACKER is the finest boat it can be.
TRACKER® Mod V, Deep V and GRIZZLY® hulls are all welded—hull seams, bulkheads, stringer, transom and gunnels are joined to form one unitized system stronger than the individual parts. And they are backed by our limited lifetime warranty.
About Our Durable Deep V Hull:
Our 1-Piece Mod V Hull:
Watch The Process:
TRACKER® is the only aluminum fishing boat manufacturer using robotic welding for stringers and transoms. This produces consistent high-quality welds and better fitting systems which make our hulls stronger, last longer and perform better than those built with traditional methods.
See It In Action:
In 2019, two Salvagnini L3 lasers went online at the TRACKER® aluminum plant in Lebanon, Missouri. These multi-million-dollar precision tools use fiber-optic-carried high-power-density laser beams to fabricate aluminum parts. The automated system loads, cuts and dispenses aluminum sheet stock with minimal human supervision. The addition of the lasers to TRACKER manufacturing is a significant step into the future for White River Marine Group.
Parts fit more tightly together, making welding the boats easier, and more consistency means increased quality throughout the line. And as cost savings accumulate throughout the boat-building process, the end retail price that you pay goes down.
At TRACKER, we don't just talk about improving the quality and lowering the cost of boats—we take action. The addition of these two machines to our facility represent the largest single investment we've ever made in improving the speed and quality of boat production, and we've done it in order to continue supplying you with the best boats at the best value.
All TRACKER® all-welded aluminum boats feature a fully unitized hull/transom/stringer system for the strongest, most durable boat you can own.
Here's how we do it:
1. FULL LENGTH LONGITUDINAL STRINGER SYSTEM
The robotically-welded stringer system gives full support to the running surface after it is hydraulically pressed and then welded into the hull.
2. WELDED-IN BOX-BEAM TRANSOM
The robotically-welded, box-beam transom is welded into both the hull and the stringer system for rock-solid outboard support.
3. WELDED-IN KEEL SUPPORT
The welded-in keel extrusion helps eliminate flex and removes pressure where the hull sections meet.
4. WELDED-IN HULL SUPPORTS
Longitudinal aluminum half-round supports and hull corner braces increase hull rigidity for longer life, smoother performance and overall strength.
5. SIDE SUPPORTS
Welded-in side supports reinforce the hull where the sides meet the bottom.
6. TRANSVERSE BULKHEADS
Welded in transverse bulkheads complete the unitized hull structure and provide a base for deck installation.

All TRACKER® all-welded aluminum boats feature a fully unitized hull/transom/stringer system for the strongest, most durable boat you can own.
Here's how we do it:
A super-strong, robotically welded longitudinal stringer system is hydraulically pressed into the hull, then welded in place, to provide full-length support of the running surface.
2. ALL-ALUMINUM, ROBOTICALLY WELDED TRANSOM
The robotically-welded, box-beam transom is welded into both the hull and the stringer system for rock-solid outboard support.
3. KEEL EXTRUSION
Welded-in aluminum extrusions receive the hull-panels where they meet to strengthen the join and minimize flex.
4. ALL-WELDED 2-PIECE HULL
The hull sides and running surface are fully supported in the unitized structure and are the same thickness for strength and durability.
5. WELDED-IN CHEVRONS
Aluminum extrusions are welded to the hull in a chevron-like pattern to reinforce the bow and absorb the energy from wave impact.
6. TRANSVERSE BULKHEADS
Welded in transverse bulkheads complete the unitized hull structure and provide a base for deck installation.
See The Deep V Internal Structure:
All-welded GRIZZLY® boats are wood-free and built to work and fish as hard as you do.
Here's how we do it:
1. LARGE FRONT DECKS
Bigger decks provide more room for fishing, hunting and hauling gear.
2. ALUMINUM LONGITUDINAL STRINGER SYSTEM
With welded extrusions that extend well into to bow in addition to the stringer grid, this full-length supports system delivers rugged, long-lasting structural integrity.
3. WELDED-IN, FOAM-FILLED SIDE WALLS
Welded-in, foam-filled side walls for added flotation, a quiet ride and strength.
4. THICK .190" FLOORS
Aluminum floors are thick to add structural strength and deliver a quieter ride.
5. ALUMINUM TRANSOM WITH CORNER BRACING
The robust box beam aluminum transom is reinforced with corner bracing for added strength.
6. 7° DEADRISE FOR A SMOOTH RIDE
The deep deadrise delivers a smoother, drier ride with better handling; it also results in a deeper interior.
TRACKER® DIAMOND COAT™ is a multi-layer powdercoat finish that is 3x harder, up to 4x thicker and keeps its color up to 20x longer than traditional liquid paint. DIAMOND COAT is the most durable, long lasting and environmentally friendly finish being used on any aluminum boat today.
First, the fully unitized hull/stringer/transom assembly goes through a five-stage automated wash to remove any obstacles to adhesion. The prepped assembly is then robotically coated with the color powder and a technician coats the places that the wands can’t reach. Next, the electrostatically-coated hull enters the curing oven and the finish becomes bonded on a molecular level to the aluminum surface. As you can see, DIAMOND COAT isn’t the conventional approach—but it’s the best. You’ll understand when you get up close to one of our boats in the showroom. The environment gets a bonus as well. While only 60% of liquid paint adheres to the boat (the rest is released into the atmosphere), over 90% of each pound of powdercoat finish is applied to our boats—and the remainder is reclaimed for later use.
Watch The Process:
2-part, expanding foam is injected into hull cavities to deaden the sound, increase the structural stability of the unitized hull/stringer/transom system, and helps absorb the shock of choppy water, increasing hull durability.
See How It's Done:
Hulls and their support systems have to be strong, resist corrosion and last for years, extending into decades. TRACKER® hulls and interior structures are made from the toughest boat aluminum of all: 5052 H34 marine-grade alloy with magnesium for corrosion resistance. It is heat tempered for strength and maximum durability, and is used in many military applications.
Boat decks have to absorb heat, vibrations and sound, retain fasteners, remain firm underfoot and last for the lifetime of the boat. We use ¾-inch 7-ply marine grade plywood, covered by our limited lifetime structural and deck guarantee, because it fulfills these requirements better than aluminum.
We implement a philosophy known as Lean Sigma in our construction operations. Followed by leaders in the automotive and aerospace industries, Lean Sigma helps us use resources more wisely, virtually eliminate waste, reduce variation and maximize the capabilities of our craftspersons—therefore supplying you with the best quality boat at the best possible price.
